Azcuris was founded in 2018 within the College of Pharmacy research laboratories at Korea University, with a clear mission: to develop small-molecule therapeutics that regulate immune signaling. We have built a proprietary platform for discovering agents that inhibit the PPIs underlying immune disease pathogenesis, and through target protein structure-based medicinal chemistry, we design novel proprietary compounds and advance them into innovative drug candidates.
